Former Saigon Night chefs of 25 years is now at Pho Halong Vietnamese Kitchen! Not only do we serve many of the popular Saigon Night menu items, Chef Hai and Kieu have added new menu items with influence from their hometown in Vietnam. To deliver the best tasting dishes, we use the freshest ingredients and make everything in house. Our beef and chicken broth takes up to eight hours to prepare in order for us to get that rich and savoury flavour. Our chilli paste and chilli oils is all made from scratch and is Chef Hai’s secret recipe. We offer traditional Vietnamese food as well as street food.

Did you know that Vietnamese cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world? Traditional Vietnamese cooking is known for its fresh ingredients, the minimal use of dairy and oil and reliance on vegetables and herbs. Vietnamese cuisine is also low in sugar and there are many dishes that are available for people with different dietary restrictions. Take the example of one of the most popular Vietnamese dish called Phở. Phở is a rice noodle-based soup in a bone broth. It is rich in nutrients and minerals from the bone broth. At Pho Halong, our broth has been simmered for at least 8 hours and is served with your choice of protein and a side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, fresh sliced jalapeño & lime.

- Partnered Delivery Services: If you live outside the radius of our in-house delivery service, don’t worry! We’ve partnered up with trusted delivery providers like DoorDash and Skip the Dishes. They can deliver your order right to your doorstep, ensuring you can still enjoy our products without any hassle.

BIG PHO Challenge @ Pho Halong
Rules and Prize
Pho Halong is challenging you to finish our 6-pound bowl of pho!! Our famous broth along with fresh noodles, steak, meatballs, cilantro, bean sprouts, fresh basil, white onions and green onions.
Rules:
Entry fee of $ 25
Everything must be finished from the big bowl
No leaving the table or bathroom breaks
Time limit of 30 minutes
Leftovers cannot be taken home
One victory per person per calendar year. For consecutive years, contestant must
beat their current time by 10%
No extra plates or bowls on the side allowed
Prize
You receive a $ 100 Pho Halong Gift Card
Your 6-pound bowl of pho is on us (valued at $40)
You get all the bragging rights you deserve, along with your photo on our Big Pho Wall of Frame
